Los Compadres used to be a humble, rambling building on Isleta, but has now moved into an old Village Inn on Central Avenue near the Bio Park. On the menu are all of your traditional New Mexican favorites (adovada, menudo, posole) plus a sizable list of real Mexican food, like tacos al pastor , desebrada burritos and bistec a la Mexicana . The chips and salsa are especially good. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)
