Under new management, the same customers have been coming to this Heights institution since it opened nearly 40 years ago, opting for huge portions of inexpensive New Mexican food. There’s nothing fancy going on here, and that’s the way they like it. Oh, except the honey is made from the pollen of North Valley wildflowers. But that’s about it for fancy.
