Remember that last trip to Juarez? OK, maybe it’s better that you don’t. But to get the taste of authentic Old Mexico without going south of the border, check out the fare at El Viva Mexico. There’s soothing melón agua fresca , and the horchata is made fresh with rice, almonds, a little sugar and flavored with a vanilla bean. There’s menudo and carnitas, and the salsa is hot, hot, hot.
