Our local casa de carbohydrates will fill you up and still leave you with some change in your pocket. Have a hot cup of Red Rock coffee and choose from a staggeringly long list of bagels like plain, blueberry, strawberry, green chile cheese, sun-dried tomato, spinach pesto, cranberry walnut or double chocolate chip. The schmears are homemade, from sweet honey-cinnamon to savory smoked whitefish. Bagels may not be the food of the gods, but they are definitely our holey little friends.
