Cake Fetish

Cake Fetish is a cute idea, but when it comes down to it the cupcakes are too expensive (almost 2 dollars a piece) and 2 out of the 4 times I've been there the cupcakes were not that fresh!

I called Cake Fetish no less than 10 times yesterday without exaggeration, spanning the entire day, and received a recording each time, once I left a message for a return call, all others I hung up after receiving the recording. No one ever returned my call. I have ordered many cakes from Cake Fetish in the past and more often stop for cupcakes as my mother in law likes them. They advertise they need 48 hours notice for a cake order. This morning I finally reached someone there (still within 48 hours of needing the cake) and was advised they could no longer take any more orders, with a "too bad, so sad" attitude about my predicament. I explained all that had occured in my trying to reach them in which they admitted they would have taken my order the previous day, problem is, they were unreachable. Goodbye Cake Fetish, ABC gladly took my order and will receive my continued patronage. Frankly, your product has always been subpar, very dry cakes and poor decoration, I have mostly liked to please my mother in law, thus my orders. No more. This was completely unacceptable.
