Pacific Rim Asian Bistro and Buddha Lounge

....I was enjoying going to this restaurant despite the high prices of the entrees and average portion sizes. I was there for the sushi menu. Large portions dominated the large menu, the selection of specialty rolls was awesome. The twin dragons and caterpillar rolls are a great spectacle to see! Unfortunately on my previous visit there the service tanked. A party of 4 had arrived after we had submitted our order. 1/2 hour passed and the other party was being served sushi plates and then entrees. My wife's entree finally arrived and my sushi plate had yet to come, despite the waitresses appologies and assurances that it would be there shortly. 15 minutes more and the other party had more food arrive. I cancelled my order, got a to-go box for my wife's cold food, paid our tab and left. No attempt to placate us was made and we do not know if we'll ever return to this place of business. Sad because the sushi was good, but not good enough to keep me waiting for more than an hour.
