All you really need to know is the ingredients are prepared fresh and on-site. The menu consists of burritos, tacos, bowls, nachos and quesadillas. Simply choose your fixins and they wrap it up for you. Try the smoky chipotle "Empire"-style chicken or steak in your burrito. Or with choices like brown rice, black beans and a variety of flavorful salsas, vegetarians won’t be disappointed either. (Alibi Staff, August 11, 2010)

Full disclosure: I'm a fan of Empire Burritos. Great prices and great vegetarian food (beans and brown rice make a complete protein. My carnivorous friends love the burritos as well.
Fast, healthy, low price and locally owned by great people: I highly recommend.
