Give me a number two, a stuffed-to-the-gills bean red chili and cheese, and watch me float away in delight. Life does not get any better, at least in my in my book. Get there before the noon-time rush and you can make sure the wait for service won't detract from their wondrous offerings.
We visited Stufy's around noon time. Unfortunately the staff had enormous hangovers, and the wait for 3 items was over a half-hour.
What we were served was bland and tasteless. I am down-rating this place to ZERO. Don't even bother wasting your money in this WAY WAY OVERPRICED SLOP-HOUSE!
The food here is never stellar, but they usually serve you in about 5 seconds. I'll even order huevos rancheros from the drive-up window because I know it'll be handed to me fast. I hope they correct their "bad staff" problem, cuz the quality of the cuisine alone does not cut it.

I have been a patron of this store for more years than I care to remember, and have endured several successive ownerships all but one has offered service as you suggest. I think you need to head to the ER and have them look in to your hollow head.
I haven't eaten there in years [ Tue Mar 23 2010 8:47 PM ]
but it was spectacularly slow, as I recall. Delicious, but very slow to the window. I reviewed it for the Alibi years ago and compared the Stufy to a wallet filled with beans instead of ATM receipts. Alas, the review isn't archived online, but I believe the wallet part was the only part that made any sense.
