Pioneers in the Albuquerque bustaurant scene, the Boiler Monkey creates and serves savory and sweet crepes all in the bronze confines of a 1977 school bus. This bus, however, won’t give you baloney sandwich flashbacks. Both the serving area and the fresh food were designed with delightful attention to detail. Enjoy a flavorful lox or Burque turkey crepe and be sure to save room for a sweet crepe like the Navidad with blueberry pie filling and creamy goat cheese for dessert. (Alibi Staff, July 18, 2013)
