Simon McCormack [ Fri Jul 31 2009 2:08 PM ] Silversun Pickups' single "Panic Switch" has been getting a lot of airplay on The Edge. I've always sort of thought of the band as non-mainstream pop, but clearly that characterization is being eroded. I still like Silversun, but I mentioned my fond feelings to some of my musically educated friends and they berated me for a half-hour. Soooo.... What do you think? Are these guys killer or filler?
