A Season for Burgers

Seasons does serve burgers

In our Burger Week issue (v27 i25), we wrote that “Seasons doesn’t even have a burger on their regular menu,” which is incorrect. They boast two delicious burgers–an open-faced salmon burger and a half-pound Angus burger–on their lunch menu. The burger pictured is their special for Burger Week, the Cordon Moo: 100 percent Angus beef patty, fano brioche, black forest ham and Gruyère croquette, fried egg, mustard aioli and local scarlet frill.
