Women's Self Defense Workshop

Being a woman is super easy. Are we right, ladies? There's never an iota of fear while walking down the street, simply based on our appearance. Note the sarcasm, men. The key is knowing what to do if danger arises. And what lady can't recall a time they didn't feel unsafe while walking down a street for one reason or another? Shihan Fred Sesler of Sesler's Jiu-jitsu hosts a free two-hour Women's Self Defense Seminar to teach exactly how to handle common attacks and stay aware of surroundings.
