I invite you to create
some haikus for us.
You can choose from eight
different categories
which are as follows:
sci-fi/fantasy,
local, food-based, erotic,
traditional and
Breaking Bad” (the show).
There’s also APD and
miscellaneous.
Write five syllables.
Then write seven syllables.
Then write five again.
Up to two poems
in each category by
noon, Aug. 26.
We will pick the best
and print them in the paper.
You will have glory.
Winners will get cool
stuff from local businesses
we’ll announce later.
