Bosque Brewing’s latest location is their most ambitious by far in terms of scale—approaching from the east, Bosque North looks like an aluminum-sided castle. The ambition has paid off in a big way, with spectacular mountain views and plenty of outdoor seating, along with a truly classy food menu. How about some mussels cooked in coconut milk with your beer? Or a turkey sandwich with Gruyere cheese and a tarragon aioli? Yeah, the breweries are really upping their food game lately. And we’re not mad.
