On a Mission from Bob

Both Merle and Bob looked a little haggard last night at Tingley.

Man, people aren't kidding when they say Tingley sounds like shit. Awful! They should really not schedule live music there.

Anyway, here's Bob's setlist from last night:

Things Have Changed

The Times They Are A-Changin'

Tweedledee & Tweedledum

To Ramona

Stuck Inside Of Mobile With The Memphis Blues Again

Love Sick

I'll Be Your Baby Tonight

Ballad Of A Thin Man

I Don't Believe You

Cold Irons Bound

Lay, Lady, Lay

Cat's In The Well

Encore:

Like A Rolling Stone

All Along The Watchtower

There were some interesting song selections, and I enjoyed hearing the old man play keys. In general, though, this was one of the worst Dylan shows I've seen. The sound was atrocious, even when I elbowed my way up to the front, and his new band seems a little tentative and lackluster. Security also seemed dead set on making sure no one was dancing in the aisles.

The Hag's opening set was enjoyable, but, again, partly spoiled by the crappy sound.
