Exit Strategy

During their last bit at Saturday night’s performance at the Q-staff Theatre, the Pajama Men put their arms around each other’s shoulders and pretended they were a two-headed monster. They then took questions from the audience. The idea is they have to speak simultaneously, saying the exact same thing, anticipating where their melded sentences will take them. Much of the time, the answers come out as hilarious gibberish. Other times, they almost make sense. The last question was about what kind of exit strategy we should adopt for Iraq. The answer: “Give everyone a dollar, tell them we’re sorry and run like hell.” Sadly, that’s the best strategy I’ve heard yet.
