Flag-wavin’, Liberty-lovin’ Patriots Since 1992

Today is Election Day, a funny kind of quasi-holiday where we exchange ideas with each other instead of presents. Here’s hoping the good outweighs the bad, and we can find some new, more reasonable direction for our troubled nation. It’s easy to be a pessimist these days, but I honestly believe in this process, and that ultimately the collective desires of our republic will (eventually) lead to decent choices even if they aren’t necessarily the best of all possible ones. We’ll be blogging the election throughout the day and far into the night here at Alibi Central, but also check out what’s going on at New Mexico Matters, Joe Monahan’s blog, Johnny Mango’s blog, Heath Haussamen’s blog and Duke City Fix. Oh, and if you haven’t done it already, vote ... if you don’t, strangers will walk up to you on the street and spit in your face.
