Of course,
Ted Kennedy said these things using more words and a much more exciting voice, but that was the gist of his message.

Sen. Ted Kennedy:

He is President John F. Kennedy’s younger brother.

He is the second-longest serving senator (Domenici was 5th).

His full name is Edward Moore "Ted" Kennedy.
