It's good, okay
I drink a lot of wine, which is to say, I drink a lot. Like most amateur sommeliers, my impression of pink wine is that it is a.) sweet, and b.) tastes like shit. Well, last night I was proven horribly wrong by none other that our southwestern champagne (excuse me, sparkling wine) champions, Gruet. Yes, as it turns out, Gruet Rose is amazing, and somehow, dry. I'm beginning to think the winery uses some sort of magic in making this stuff.
