The 50-Mile Activity Loop is the City of Albuquerque’s proposed 50-mile, multi-use trail and bikeway facility that aims to fill the gaps in our existing trails and bikeways facilities to create a 50-mile bicycling, running and walking loop around the city. City staff worked with the local engineering firm Wilson & Company and the community to develop the 50-Mile Activity Loop Plan, which was completed in September of 2013.

The project team has completed preliminary designs for first project, the Nob Hill to Uptown segment of 50-Mile Activity Loop.  Key features of the project include signing, striping, intersection and safety improvements and a pedestrian bridge.

The City will host a public information meeting to provide a brief overview and answer questions about this project.
