Sculptures by Christopher Thomson and photographs with mixed media by Elaine Roy. Runs through 8/28.

 

FIRE Christopher Thomson, artist blacksmith, forges yellow hot steel into improvised sculpture for homes, gardens and public spaces. Varied metals, bright colors, kinetics and wonder of process inform his impromptu elegant forms.

WATER Elaine Roy photographs the ocean off the coast of Maine, embeds the images in wax and then paints with oil paints. The mysterious enigmatic wall pieces inspire subliminal water memories.
