For baby boomers, office workers and people who aren’t as active as they’d like to be.

When we spend most of our time sitting at desks or in the car, the muscles and connective tissues in our hips and backs tighten and shorten, which leads to more tension and pain, less range of motion, and greater odds of injury. This practice works to create length and space in the hips and back, and to train the core muscles to support our bodies and movements.
