Zumba(R) Toning with Sabrina's Z CREW
Come TONE those muscles with licensed and AFAA certified Zumba(R) instructor Sabrina Samudio-Ruiz. In this class, we move to the same rhythms you love from Zumba classes (like merengue, salsa, reggaeton) but we add light weights (3lbs or less). By performing repeated movements with light weights for the full hour, we build muscle endurance and TONE UP! Most bring their own weights but I do have a couple weights available for people to borrow if necessary. Come join us!
