Other Worlds

at the AirDance ArtSpace

An evening of aerial dance theater, featuring choreography on a spinning aerial cube, triple and quadruple trapezes, aerial hoop, and aerial fabric. Performers explore strange realms where worlds are destroyed so that new can be created. Some prepare for battle by climbing up and down silks, while others enjoy a tea party on a hanging, spinning box. Dreamers dance and fly on various apparatus with fabled beings. And a journey to the moon alters both visitors and orb alike. Featuring aerialists Katy Andersen, Tasha Books, Amy Bourque, Hiram Camp, Christina Cavaleri, Guadalupe Chavez, Diana Delgado, Monica Demarco, Dara Minkin, Joanna Furgal, Zachary Sears, and Tasha Williams. Performing their original music live will be Monica Demarco, Hiram Camp, Kris Kerby, and Sage Harrington. Appropriate for all ages. Accompanying art show by Travis Bruce Black will be presented in the lobby.

Friday-Saturday November 7 and 8 @ 8 pm

Sunday November 9 @ 2 pm
