Gentle Yin-Style Yoga
This welcoming, all-levels class provides gentle movements to release tension from the shoulders, back and hips.
Moving into yin-style yoga, poses will be held for minutes at a time, allowing gravity to draw the muscles and joints into the stretch, rather than actively pulling them. The longer holds allow the body to work at a deeper level, the connective tissue, to produce a lengthening that can persist over time with regular practice. Finishing up with soothing postures, the overall 60-minute class will promotes a good night's rest after a long day.
