Explore ways to reduce the aches and pains that accompany pregnancy while preparing for your journey in a nurturing and supportive environment.
This weekly class is appropriate for all experience levels and stages of pregnancy. We focus on special breathing techniques, opening the hips, calming the mind, and preparing the body for birth.
Your first class is FREE, and $10 classes after that, or buy a package of 5 or more for $8 each!  Register by selecting the appropriate event from the prenatal calendar, or just drop-in!
