CREATIVE FREQUENCIES: Expressions of New Indigenous Art - Music/Arts/Cultural Event Scheduled for April 23, 2015 at the Albuquerque Rail Yards

Albuquerque, NM (April 1, 2015)--CREATIVE FREQUENCIES: Expressions of New Indigenous Art is in its second annual incarnation, presented by Rezonate Art, LLC.  The arts event will take place at the Albuquerque Rail Yards on April 23, 2015 from 5:00pm-9:00pm, coinciding with the 32nd Annual Gathering of Nations Powwow, and will showcase a live Native American art performance (Yatika Fields, Randy L. Barton), a hip-hop concert (DJ Element, Def-i), a fashion show (Rezonate Art, Beyond Buckskin Boutique), and will feature vendor/informational booths, a light show, food trucks/concessions, and hands-on art activities for the whole family.

The intent of this multi-media arts event is to support art, culture and community wellness initiatives within Native American communities throughout North America, while encouraging contemporary artistic expression, entrepreneurial/professional development opportunities and community-building for Indigenous peoples.

The 2015 production is a collaborative endeavor in partnership with Beyond Buckskin Boutique, with support of title sponsors: Print Express, LLC, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, SOLO 505, Tamaya Enterprises, WordCraftCircle.org and ProspectLeadSource.com
