Join Tami Brunk and Antonia Montoya in this dynamic playshop where Radical Gratitude and Active Dreaming practices are interwoven to heal our relationship with our dreams and awaken their potential to guide our lives.

Sleep dreams and waking visions are our birthright, and essential sources of wisdom to live our most magical lives. Yet many of us judge our dream lives as being inadequate. “I don’t dream,” “oh, that was a silly dream,” or “it was just my imagination” are all ways we diminish our relationship to our sleep dreams and waking visions.

In this playshop we thank our dreams however they show up. We share our dreams and visions and play the Lightning Dream Work Game–to crack them open and have them guide us into lives of magnified magic and soulfulness. We use the tools of dream theater, shamanic art, journeying and group dream re-entry to distill the greatest medicine from our dreams.

Throughout the afternoon we will experience and practice gratitude through writing, sharing and listening. These heart-opening practices will leave us feeling interconnected and overflowing with gratitude.
