CNM "Talks & Tours"

To honor the lowrider culture in New Mexico, Central New Mexico Community College will be sponsoring two "Talk & Tours" the same day as the May 16 Lowrider Convention at the Albuquerque Convention Center. The Talk & Tours will consist of a brief discussion on the history of the lowrider cultue and related art in the state, followed by an optional guided tour of the convention. Making presentations will be renowned photographer Miguel Gandert and CNM Art History Professor Jessica Rosazza Williams. The Talk & Tours will be held from 10 a.m.-noon and 1-3 p.m. at the CNM STEMulus Center, 20 First Plaza Center, across the street from the Convention Center.
