Watch Those Teeth!
Nothing makes you feel more in touch with your primitive hominid roots than contemplating an animal that can crush your bones without even exerting any real effort. True, the crocs at the ABQ BioPark are kept safe in their enclosures, but that doesn’t stop a slow tingle of dread from creeping up your spine whenever one of the scaly monstrosities twitches a reptilian limb. For Croctober! the BioPark’s animal specialists will be on hand to answer all your questions about these magnificent and carnivorous beasts. There’ll be hands-on learning stations to play at and probably a contest to see how many unwanted children one of those things can eat. (Ty Bannerman)
