The early bird price to enter a short film into the 48 Hour Film Fest is $140 per team. Teams are given a genre, a character, a prop and a line of dialogue, and the rest is up to them. Short time, short film

Are you up for the challenge of writing, directing, editing and debuting a short film in only two days? You’ll be given a genre, a character, a prop and a line of dialogue. The rest is up to you. If this sounds like your cup of tea, you have until Wednesday, July 1, to assemble a crack team and catch the Early Bird registration of the 48 Hour Film Project. It’s $140 per team, and you can sign up by going to 48hourfilm.com/albuquerque-nm. The 48 Hour Film Project will get underway on July 24 right here in Albuquerque (as well as dozens of other cities around the globe). Participants could win a grand prize and an opportunity to screen at the Cannes Film Festival in 2016.
