2016 Albuquerque Tomato Fiesta

Cooking demonstrations, tomato talk, samples of heirloom and rare tomato varieties, garden and crafts fair, kids' corner and Cajun folk music by the Alpha Blue Trio.

The Alpha Blue Trio performs at the Annual Albuquerque Tomato Fiesta!  The fiesta is held  at the Albuquerque Garden Center at 10120 Lomas Blvd NE.  Local Master Gardener-grown   heirloom and rare tomato varieties to sample. Cooking demonstrations plus tomato talk Q&A. Fresh farmer's market produce, Garden and Crafts Fair, Kids’ Corner, display  garden tours. And, accordion-infused, acoustic guitar and bass-driven rockin' country cajun irish folk blues by the official band  of the Tomato Fiesta: the Alpha Blue Trio, with Keith Levine on guitar, Dave Nicol on bass, and Debo Orlofsky on accordion. $5, kids under 12 free.
