Smart Arts
A thought: A night of fine arts, booty-jazz and a documentary about an infamous punk band. Sounds like a dream, huh? Well hold on to your britches, because it's about to be reality. On Thursday, August 4, an art exhibit featuring local abstract artists Lynne Laier, P.K. Williams, Rebecca Nolda, Roger Green, and Jeff Laird will be opening at the South Broadway Cultural Center. Along with the art opening which starts at 5pm, you can see funk band Moonhat perform and see the film End of the Century, a documentary about the international critically acclaimed band the Ramones.
