Pat Pruitt presents his new line of Native stainless steel jewelry and discusses the evolution of his personal style.

Pat Pruitt (Laguna, Chirachaua Apache) started making jewelry under the tutelage of a local silversmith. Over the years he melded traditional stamp-and-hammer techniques with new skills as a student of mechanical engineering and a professional machinist. He’s now a master of stainless steel and produces beautiful bracelets and belt buckles that flout expectations of what Native art “should” be like. Pruitt will present his new line for those who’d like to learn about the evolution of his personal style, or just find some treasures to take home from his trunk sale. Free.
