Learn different varieties of basic swing dancing.

Join us for a FREE* Basic Swing (East Coast/ West Coast/ Jitterbug) Group Class every Tuesday at 6:00 pm.

East Coast Swing's dance roots are based on Lindy Hop until the dance was formalized into a ballroom dance taking the shape we now know. West Coast Swing (aka WCS) is California's state dance and unlike East Coast Swing, WCS is danced in a linear manner. Jitterbug is a single step swing. Depending on the song's rhythm and musicality, you will learn to dance to any of these fun, upbeat, songs.

Basic group classes are designed for the beginner/novice dancer. Our professional instructors will teach you the steps and will also talk about how to be a good lead and a good follower.
