Enjoy performances of New Mexico folk traditions by featured artists Consuelo Luz, A.J. Martinez, Cipriano Vigil y La Familia Vigil and Frank McCulloch.

New Mexico folk traditions, old and new, will take center stage during an afternoon of captivating music at ¡¡Música del Corazón!! A Celebration of Nuevo Mexicano Music.

Featured Artists:

Consuelo Luz: Explores Sephardic music, Hebrew mystical tradition and North and South American indigenous teachings in her unique interpretation.

A.J. Martinez: NM "King of Polka" is joined by his sister Taralynn (vocals) in presenting the old "Spanish Colonial" repertory of polkas, valses, and the varsoviana.

Cipriano Vigil y La Familia Vigil: Cipriano Vigil plays more than 50 instruments and is a 1994 recipient of the Governors Awards for Excellence in the Arts.

Frank McCulloch: New Mexico musician, artist and friend performs his favorite melodies.
