This course consists of prerecorded video teachings by Shastri Janet Solyntjes. Shastri Solyntjes presents peaceful abiding meditation, basic goodness, and ways that meditation practice can improve the quality of our daily life. By deepening our experience and understanding of ourselves through the practice of meditation, we more fully become who we already are.
The course is designed to provide participants with the introductory tools and teachings for working with meditation in daily life. With simple instructions and support, mindfulness meditation practice can become part of our lives, bringing greater stability, strength, and clarity.
The course will include video teachings, meditation practice, and discussion. Introductory meditation instruction will be provided.
The class will be held on five consecutive Wednesday evenings.
No prerequisites. Open to all.
First Responders, Social Workers, Guards, Military, Veterans and all public care-givers qualify for a 40% discount. When registering, include information in the comments section and wait to pay until the first class.
