Memphis Blues Foundation’s 2013 Artist of the Year, Eric Bibb, is a multi-award winning, Grammy nominated folk-roots-blues singer-songwriter and guitarist. A “progressive preservationist,” his latest release, The Happiest Man in the World (2016) was called “an essential contemporary blues disc” by Living Blues). In this special concert, he will be accompanied, for part of the concert, by a local string quartet led by his cousin, violinist William Houston.
