This Must be the Pace
Find your spandex and tighten your laces for Sunday's Safari Run, to be held at UNM's north golf course. This run comes in several varieties—a 1k for kids and a 5k or 8k for adults. What makes the race stand out from the pack is where the entry fees will be channeled. In this case, all the cash supports Global Health Partnerships, a nonprofit organization that provides medical and other humanitarian aid to rural communities in Kenya. This fun run for a good cause kicks off at 8:30am with a $10-$35 buy in. (Maggie Grimason)
