Lina, now in her seventies, has always been a farmer, going at dawn to Turin’s Porta Palazzo, Europe’s biggest open air market, to sell her vegetables and strawberries. Her life has always been “home, church, and work,” until she encounters a young Moroccan immigrant looking for a job. Presented in partnership with Instituto Cervantes as part of the Bank of America Free Thursday Film Series.
