Jeff Laird embellishes recycled metal shapes and industrial readymades into striking whimsical sculpture, expressing an abstract minimalist physicality and geometric anomalies. His work deals with the delightful vagaries of human perception. He creates intriguing abstract sculpture cutting out the irregular organic forms from the recycled commonplace manufactured metals.
Maria Ross creates art organic in nature and often in content, each piece is directly influenced by the natural and architectural forms that surrounds Maria, roots vs foundation, bark vs stucco, sticks vs wire, clay vs adhesive, she melds organic materials with inorganic, blurring the line between natural growth and premeditated construction.
