Join us for an APP-solutely fantastic week of movie-making, as we explore the power of storytelling through digital media. Learn the behind-the-scenes process to create engaging stories you can easily share with an audience, from scripts to costumes, soundtracks to green screens. No experience necessary; devices will be provided for participants. Are you ready for your close-up?

Instructor: Diane Thomas is a veteran film and media teacher for K-12 and beyond who has championed Educational Technologies in Albuquerque Public Schools for nearly two decades. A Certified Apple Foundations Trainer, Ms. Thomas has extensive experience working with young people to help tell their stories using innovative 21st Century tools and techniques. She believes that the learning journey is its own best reward, and brings enthusiasm and energy to the storytelling process.
