The 1st Annual 508 Mural Fest is a public art mural festival in Albuquerque, New Mexico produced by Warehouse 508 and Worldwide UnderGround.

The organization aim to unite and beautify our city while empowering the youth.

Ten murals will be painted throughout the city with a focus on the downtown area. Three murals will be painted over the Spring & Summer with seven murals painted simultaneously starting on the 12th of September. Events will be held throughout the painting process with a huge block party, SomosABQ, wrapping up the festivities on September 23, 2017 in downtown, ABQ on Central Ave.

Our first mural, located on the corner of Lead and Broadway is being painted by Thomas Christopher Haag, assisted by Warehouse 508 youth and volunteer community members. It is a 100 x 8 foot wall that greets people to downtown Albuquerque.

There will be a dedication ceremony May 23rd, 2017 at 4pm with a concert and food served across the street at the Q-Staff Theater.
