Local authors bring their books to promote independently and sell outside of the bookstore.

FOURTH 2017 LOCAL AUTHORS/SMALL PRESS FAIR TAKES PLACE JULY 1 AT PAGE ONE

Page One Books' fourth "Local Authors and Small Press Fair" for 2017 will be held 11:00 am-1:00 pm Saturday, July 1 - weather permitting.  More fairs are planned for the first Saturdays in August and October, meaning there will be a total of six this year.

Authors are invited to bring their books to promote independently and sell at Page One Books' Local Authors Fair. The event will take place on Page One's front sidewalk underneath the shopping center's upstairs balcony, weather permitting (it rained heavily in April). Authors and Local Publishers should bring tables and chairs as Page One cannot provide such. Authors/Small Press members do not need reservations, but they do need to bring change and/or credit card readers for their sales.

Page One is now more than 36 years old, and the Local Authors/Small Press Fair is a continuing program to support local and self-published authors in New Mexico.

Page One Books is located at 5850 Eubank Blvd NE, Suite B-41 in the Mountain Run Shopping Center (southeast corner of Eubank and Juan Tabo). The Local Authors Fair is free and open to the public. For more information, please call 294-2026 or visit www.page1book.com.
