Students explore the techniques, designs and materials used by potters from the ancient site of Paquimé in Chihuahua. Registration required.
In this program, students explore the techniques, designs, and materials used by potters from the ancient site of Paquimé in Chihuahua. Using a variety of materials and natural pigments, students make their own pottery and homemade paintbrushes in the Paquimé style. For ages 13-17. All materials will be provided. Registration is required for this event and is limited to 20 participants. This program is funded by the Friends for the Public Library.
