Our presenter:

David Silverman, a principal at Geltmore, LLC,  moved back to Albuquerque in 2012 to provide his father with a succession plan for his business. He was born in Hobbs, NM, lived in ABQ from the age of 2 until 18, then spent 2005-2012 in San Diego, CA at a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage focusing on Retail Leasing. He's thrilled to be back, d anfell in love with downtown thru living there and working on the Imperial Building.
