Enjoy a healthy alterative to a Saturday night out.

Come join us at New Mexico Healing Resources every Saturday evening for a night of movement, breath and community. Our goal is to provide a healthy, mindful alternative to the typical Saturday evening debauchery. There will be an hour of yoga/movement, followed by 15 minutes to rest, drink tea, and meet one another. Then there will be 45 minutes of various styles of breathwork. All experience levels are welcome! On class for $12 or both for $20
