Collage work of artist Zach Collins.

Flyer

We are thrilled to present this unique exhibit featuring the collage work of artist Zach Collins.

Zach Collins was born in Grinnell, Iowa. He received his BA from Upper Iowa University, his MA from the University of Iowa and his MFA from Minneapolis Collage of Art and Design. He is currently living in Albuquerque, New Mexico where he is pursuing several art related projects.

About the artist in his own words: "My intention was to produce collage work that does not acknowledge the content in the original mass communications materials. I believe one of the more freeing aspects of collage is the lack of rules applied. The medium is a defiant act; ripping, tearing, cutting, sanding and gluing found materials goes against most formal artistic traditions."

This exhibit runs one night only, 9/9/17, from 5-9pm.
