Discover the construction of your feet in this introduction course of Spiraldynamik®. You will explore and understand what is needed for them to be stable, coordinated and strong for optimal health and you will explore and understand where mobility and strength is needed for optimal coordination to roll, stand stable, bounce and push off.
Trunk/torso, ribs and shoulder girdle: What does Anatomy tell us about this dream team? How can we move all of them together for their best function? We explore where the ribs close, open up, give space and support to the shoulder girdle and where we have potential.

The first courses of Spiraldyanamik® in English were taught in 2016, in Zurich, Switzerland by Monica Straub Fisher. She now brings this technique to the United States via Keshet Center for the Arts.
