Candlelight yoga is a relaxing blend of low impact stretching, gentle movements, restorative poses, and supported passive postures. We will use these types of movements with breath and guided meditation to bring a greater sense of calmness and awareness. In this way, we will build the mind-body connection while alleviating stress and releasing tension. All levels are welcome.
